Crew Lead

About This Role

Urban Diamond Lawn & Snow is looking for an experienced Crew Lead who can own a daily route, mentor crew members, and set the standard for quality and professionalism. This is a leadership role for someone who has put in the field hours and is ready for the next step — managing a small crew, making on-site decisions, and being the face of Urban Diamond on every property. You won't be micromanaged. You'll be given a route, a crew, and the trust to get it done right. We work year-round — lawn season and snow operations — so this is not a job that disappears in November. We are hiring two Crew Leads.

Role Expectations

• Lead a 2-3 person crew on daily mowing and maintenance routes
• Operate zero-turn, stand-on, and walk-behind mowers
• Train and mentor crew members on quality standards and efficiency
• Perform light equipment maintenance and pre-trip inspections
• Communicate with dispatch on route progress and customer requests
• Ensure job site safety and customer satisfaction on every property

Requirements

• 2+ years professional mowing or landscaping experience
• Crew lead or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Experience operating zero-turn and stand-on mowers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable towing and backing a trailer
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable attendance — your crew counts on you

Schedule

• 8-10 hour shifts
• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

   Paid Working Interview

   Spend a half-day on a route with the crew. Run equipment, see the work, and show us what you can do. You get paid for your time either way.

   Start Date

   If it's a fit on both sides, we'll get you started and assigned to your route.
