About This Role
Urban Diamond Lawn & Snow is a small, family-owned company based in Liberty, MO. We're hiring full-time crew members who are dependable, hardworking, and want more than just a paycheck.
You'll work with newer, well-maintained equipment, get paid weekly, and enjoy a crew culture built around trust, quality, and consistency. This is a long-term opportunity — not seasonal or temporary work.
Role Expectations
- Route-based mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
- Equipment loading/unloading
- Outdoor work in heat/cold
- Consistent schedule during season
- Customer-facing professionalism
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift ~50 lbs
- Reliable attendance
- Willing to work outdoors in winter conditions
- Experience preferred, training provided
Schedule
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
