About This Role
Urban Diamond Lawn & Snow is building our Snow Team for the upcoming season. We're looking for reliable people and partners who want steady winter work and the chance to be part of a professional, well-organized operation.
We're Hiring:
Subcontractors with Trucks
- Must have your own plow truck in good condition
- Paid per push / per event with competitive rates
- Must carry insurance
Truck Operators
- Operate company trucks and equipment
- Paid hourly with clear expectations
- Must have valid driver's license
Sidewalk Crew Members
- Shovel, snowblow, and apply ice melt on sidewalks and walkways
- Work in teams for efficiency and safety
- Must be dependable and able to work in cold weather
Role Expectations
- On-call during winter events
- Nights/weekends required
- Trigger-based dispatch (not fixed schedule)
- Parking lots and/or sidewalks depending on role
- Weather-dependent hours

What We Offer
- Sidewalk crews: $35/hr (W-2)
- Experienced operators: $40/hr (W-2)

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license (operators)
- Ability to lift ~50 lbs
- Reliable attendance
- Willing to work outdoors in winter conditions
- Experience preferred, training provided
